Terms of Service

1. Platform Role & Nature of Service

RallyAnchor is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides sports leagues, booster clubs, and athletic organizations (“Leagues”) with digital storefronts to list and sell physical field-side sponsorships to local businesses (“Sponsors”). RallyAnchor acts solely as a technology provider and facilitator. We are not a party to any agreement, contract, or transaction formed between Leagues and Sponsors.

2. League Responsibilities

Leagues are solely responsible for:

• Fulfilling all advertised sponsorship benefits (e.g., printing and hanging banners, placing logos on scoreboards, or digital placements).
• Ensuring they have the legal right and authority to sell sponsorships for their fields, facilities, and teams.
• Maintaining accurate bank payout information via Stripe Connect.
• Complying with all local, state, and federal laws regarding fundraising, taxes, and facility usage.

3. Sponsor Responsibilities & Content

Sponsors are responsible for providing accurate business details, logos, and website URLs. Sponsors grant RallyAnchor and the respective League a non-exclusive license to display their business name, logo, and marketing assets on the public storefront and sponsor wall. Sponsors warrant that they hold all intellectual property rights to submitted logos and materials.

4. Fan Booster Donations

RallyAnchor’s Fan Booster Wall lets individual fans, family members, and community supporters (“Boosters”) make a small, voluntary donation directly to a League. A Booster donation is a gift, not a purchase of goods or services, and does not entitle the Booster to any physical sponsorship benefit such as a banner, sign, or scoreboard placement.

• A Booster may optionally submit a display name and a short public message alongside their donation. Both are shown publicly on the League’s storefront to any visitor, and Boosters are solely responsible for ensuring what they submit is accurate, appropriate, and lawful. RallyAnchor reserves the right to remove any Booster submission from public display at any time.
• Booster donations are processed via Stripe on the same payment terms described in Section 5 below, including RallyAnchor’s platform fee, and are final and non-refundable once processed, except as required by law or where funds were received by a League in error.

5. Fees, Payments & Payouts

• Payments, including sponsorship purchases and Fan Booster donations, are processed securely via Stripe. By using the platform, Leagues, Sponsors, and Boosters agree to be bound by Stripe’s Terms of Service.
• RallyAnchor collects the same platform fee (as displayed during checkout or in your account agreement) on every completed transaction, sponsorship or Booster donation alike, with no exceptions. Standard Stripe processing fees also apply.
• Payouts are transferred directly to the League’s connected Stripe account. RallyAnchor is not responsible for payout delays caused by Stripe’s underwriting, banking restrictions, or compliance reviews.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RallyAnchor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or related to your use of the Service, failure of a League to fulfill a sponsorship, or disputes between Leagues and Sponsors.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
