Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Sponsorship Purchases by Local Businesses

Because sponsorships fund immediate athletic operations, equipment, and physical signage production (such as banners and printed assets), all sponsorship sales are final once processed.

• If a package sells out to another sponsor at the exact same moment you complete checkout, your payment (including the platform fee) will be automatically and fully refunded by the system, and you will be notified by email. No action is required on your part.
• Dispute resolution regarding the placement, maintenance, or fulfillment of physical signage must be handled directly between the Sponsor and the respective League. RallyAnchor does not issue refunds for fulfilled or partially fulfilled sponsorship contracts.

2. Fan Booster Donations

Fan Booster donations are voluntary gifts to a League, not a purchase of goods or services, and are final and non-refundable once processed. This includes the platform fee applied to the donation. If a donation was made in error or as a result of unauthorized use of a payment method, contact us and we will work with the League and Stripe to review it.

3. League Subscriptions & Accounts

Leagues may cancel their use of the RallyAnchor platform at any time through their account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing or seasonal cycle. No refunds will be provided for partial subscription periods or platform fees assessed on completed past sponsorship sales.
