No. Creating your league and building your storefront is free. RallyAnchor only takes a small platform fee when a sponsorship actually sells.

How much does RallyAnchor cost?

There are no monthly fees or setup costs. RallyAnchor keeps a 5% platform fee only on completed sponsorships (the same rate applies to any Fan Booster gifts too), so you keep 95% of every sale. Standard Stripe processing fees apply on top, same as any card payment.

How do sponsors actually pay?

Sponsors check out securely on your storefront using a debit or credit card, processed by Stripe. RallyAnchor never sees or stores card numbers.

When do we get paid?

Accepted Answer

Funds transfer directly to your league's bank account via Stripe Connect the moment a sponsorship is paid. RallyAnchor never holds your money. Payout timing follows Stripe's standard schedule once your account is verified.

Can I customize the tiers and pricing?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You choose your own tier names, descriptions, pricing, and how many spots are available in each, from a handful of dugout signs to a single scoreboard package.

What happens when a tier sells out?

Accepted Answer

Once a tier's spots are gone, your storefront automatically marks it sold out and disables checkout for that tier, so you never oversell a spot.

How do I keep track of my sponsors and inventory after they come in?

Accepted Answer

Your admin dashboard shows real-time remaining inventory for every package tier, plus every sponsor on the Sponsorships page, exportable to CSV whenever you need your own records. Any Fan Booster gifts show up in their own Fan Boosters view alongside your sponsors.

What is the Fan Booster Wall?

A small, complementary section of your storefront, not a replacement for sponsorship revenue: it lets individual fans and families make a small voluntary donation, separate from a business sponsorship, with no tier, signage, or certificate attached, just a simple way for fans to chip in if they want to.

How does starting a new season work?

Accepted Answer

From Settings, set your season's start and end dates for your own planning. Then, once the season wraps, click Start New Season: that archives every current sponsor and Fan Booster gift for your records and clears your public storefront so new supporters start fresh. Nothing is ever deleted.

Is RallyAnchor a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization?

Accepted Answer

No. RallyAnchor is a technology platform that provides fundraising infrastructure, such as storefronts, checkout, and payouts, for leagues, teams, and booster clubs. We are not a registered 501(c)(3) charity, and RallyAnchor itself does not issue tax-deductible receipts for sponsorships or Fan Booster donations.

Are sponsorships or Fan Booster donations tax-deductible?

It depends entirely on the League or Team you're supporting, not on RallyAnchor. If the League or Team is a registered 501(c)(3) organization, or is fiscally sponsored by one, a contribution may qualify as tax-deductible, and that organization, not RallyAnchor, is responsible for issuing the receipt using its own EIN. If the League or Team is an informal travel club, booster group, or other unincorporated organization without 501(c)(3) status, contributions are not tax-deductible, the same way supporting a friend's fundraiser directly wouldn't be.

We're a registered 501(c)(3). How do we issue tax receipts to our Fan Booster donors?

First, open Fan Boosters in your admin dashboard and click Export to CSV to download every donor's name, message, gift amount, and date. Second, match those names to your own supporter contacts, since RallyAnchor does not collect or store donor email addresses for Fan Booster gifts. Third, issue your own written acknowledgment for each gift, referencing your organization's legal name and EIN, the amount, and the date, the same way you would for any other cash contribution your organization receives directly.

Do you collect or store a donor's email address?

Accepted Answer

No. Stripe Checkout collects a donor's email directly during checkout, only to send them their own payment receipt. RallyAnchor never receives or stores it, which is also why you'll need your own supporter contacts to send a tax receipt, as covered in the question above.

Should we check with a tax professional before issuing receipts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Nonprofit receipt and substantiation requirements vary by situation, so we recommend confirming the specifics with your organization's accountant or tax advisor before issuing anything to donors.
