RallyAnchor (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal and business data. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use our platform.
1. Information We Collect
- Account Information: When league directors sign up, we collect names, email addresses, and account credentials.
- Sponsor & Checkout Information: When a local business purchases a sponsorship, we collect business names, contact emails, website URLs, and billing details (processed securely via Stripe; we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers).
- Fan Booster Donor Information:When someone makes a donation through a League’s Fan Booster Wall, we collect the display name and optional message they submit, along with the donation amount. Your email address is collected directly by Stripe Checkout to send your payment receipt; we do not store it in our own database.
- Usage & Technical Data: We collect standard server logs, browser types, and IP addresses to ensure platform security and performance.
2. How We Use Information
We use collected information to:
- Operate, maintain, and provide the RallyAnchor platform and automated receipt emails.
- Facilitate secure transactions and payouts via Stripe.
- Communicate with users regarding account updates, support, and receipts.
3. Public Display of Fan Booster Information
The Fan Booster Wall is a public feature. The display name, donation amount, and any message a Booster submits are shown on the League’s public storefront, visible to any visitor, including other parents, coaches, and sponsors. Do not include your email address, phone number, home address, or any other information you do not want made public in the name or message fields. Leagues and RallyAnchor may remove a public submission at their discretion.
4. Information Sharing
We do not sell or rent your personal or business data. We share information only with:
- Stripe: To process payments and manage connected account payouts.
- Resend: To deliver transactional emails and receipts.
- Legal Compliance: When required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights.
5. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures (including encryption in transit and secure database practices) to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
